What gets me, is that these types of things are ironically racist towards the people that they are meant to protect. By hiring based on race, gender, or sexual identity opposed to merit, they are basically saying that those people do not have the merit for the role without special hiring practices being put in place to ensure that they get the job. Surely the most qualified person should be getting the role?
This makes a ton of sense. Fight racism with racism.

The series is expected to be on air in 2025/2026. I know there's some skepticism regarding it following the same cast as the movies, but personally I'm pretty excited.
I haven't had the chance to try the Vision Pro yet, but based on the reviews I've saw, I'm kind of inclined to agree with Zuck. The Quest 3 at a glance does seem to be the better value.
