Am I the only one who hates the car demos at video game conferences?
Does anyone seriously like these games? I swear every conference starts off with a 10 minute demo showcasing cars driving around in circles switching between the same two camera angles of the driver in the cockpit and an areal pan shot of each car in the race. These demos kill all hype leading up to the event. They always spend way too much time afterwards talking about the “ground breaking” innovations in how the cars sound and how good the graphics are like they haven't just gave that same pitch for basically the same game a year ago. Can we petition to officially have these demos removed?
